Services may vary depending on vehicle manufacturer, model, software access, and diagnostic compatibility.

2. Diagnostic Limitations

EV360 assessments and reports are based on information available at the time of testing.

Battery health, performance, range, and degradation are influenced by many factors outside EV360’s control, including:

  • driving habits
  • charging behaviour
  • environmental conditions
  • software updates
  • vehicle age
  • battery chemistry
  • manufacturer restrictions

Some manufacturers may limit access to diagnostic information, battery data, or vehicle systems.

EV360 does not guarantee:

  • future battery performance
  • future driving range
  • future battery lifespan
  • manufacturer warranty outcomes
  • resale value
  • insurance outcomes
  • financing outcomes

Reports and assessments are intended as informational diagnostic insights only.

3. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • provide accurate vehicle information
  • ensure lawful ownership or authority to access the vehicle
  • provide safe and reasonable access to the vehicle
  • ensure the vehicle is in a condition suitable for inspection or testing
  • disclose known faults or modifications that may affect testing

EV360 may refuse or discontinue services where conditions are unsafe, inaccessible, or unsuitable.

4. Mobile Service Access

For mobile services, customers must provide:

  • safe access to the vehicle
  • suitable working conditions
  • sufficient space for testing equipment
  • accurate booking details

If access cannot be reasonably obtained, additional fees or rescheduling charges may apply.

5. Quotes and Pricing

All pricing, quotations, and estimates are subject to change unless otherwise confirmed in writing.

Additional charges may apply where:

  • vehicle conditions differ from booking information
  • additional testing is required
  • access conditions delay services
  • specialist equipment or labour is required

6. Payments

Payment is required in accordance with the terms provided at booking or invoicing.

EV360 reserves the right to withhold reports or results until payment has been received in full.

7. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Customers must provide reasonable notice for cancellations or rescheduling requests.

EV360 reserves the right to charge cancellation or call-out fees where:

  • insufficient notice is provided
  • technicians attend the booking location
  • vehicle access is unavailable

8. Reports and Information

All reports, scores, summaries, and assessments provided by EV360:

  • reflect vehicle condition at the time of testing only
  • are based on accessible diagnostic data
  • may contain estimates or interpreted data
  • should not be solely relied upon for financial, warranty, insurance, or purchasing decisions

Third parties relying on EV360 reports do so at their own risk.

9. No Warranty

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EV360 does not provide warranties regarding:

  • future battery condition
  • battery degradation rates
  • future performance
  • uninterrupted vehicle operation
  • compatibility with manufacturer systems

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights provided under Australian Consumer Law.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EV360 is not liable for:

  • indirect or consequential loss
  • loss of profits
  • loss of opportunity
  • loss of data
  • vehicle downtime
  • depreciation or resale impacts
  • decisions made based on EV360 reports

Where liability cannot be excluded, EV360’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant service.

11. Intellectual Property

All EV360 content, branding, reports, software interfaces, graphics, and materials remain the property of EV360 or its licensors.

Customers may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially use EV360 materials without written permission.

12. Website Use

Users must not:

  • misuse the website
  • attempt unauthorised access
  • interfere with website operation
  • upload malicious software or harmful code

EV360 may suspend or restrict access where misuse is suspected.

13. Privacy

Your use of EV360 services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

14. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies rights available under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) or applicable Australian Consumer Law.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
